(1) Personal data such as data on author (i.e. name (first and last name, email, specialty, affiliation, address (address line, city, postal code, state, country) signature) are processed in the context of the submission and further processing of the clinical case report for the Hans-Heinrich Reckeweg Clinical Case Award.

1.5 Integration of Vimeo videos

We have embedded videos on our website that are stored on the Vimeo video platform and can be played directly on our website. Vimeo is a multimedia service provided by Vimeo, Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York 10011, USA (“Vimeo”). We are entitled to inform the press about the presentation of the award, the award winner(s) and all clinical case studies submitted for the award.

We use external IT service providers for maintenance and security purposes according to Art. 28 of the GDPR. These service providers have been carefully selected by us and are bound by our instructions.

(2) Outside the EU/EEA – third country:
As a basic rule, no data are forwarded to recipients in third countries, apart from data processing by Vimeo as explained under point 1.5 and by Google as explained under point 4.
